Beach Cove is a lovely double-storey unit situated in Hibberdene which is a cosy seaside town located 97 km south of Durban and halfway between Scottburgh and Port Shepstone.

The unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suited to accommodate up to 6 people. Other in-room facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living area and a whale-watching deck offering beautiful sea views, as well as a patio with built-in braai facilities. High-quality borehole water.

There is undercover parking, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. There is a fenced section for dogs adjacent to and accessible from the unit, which provides peace of mind for guests who would like to have their pets safely roaming free while they enjoy nearby attractions.

Hibberdene lies at the mouth of the magnificent Umzimai River and has 5 popular beaches, of which 4 are suited for safe swimming. What makes Hibberdene’s beaches so popular is that the warm Indian Ocean flows across its shoreline and thus makes diving and snorkelling a delight. Hibberdene Lagoon is well worth a visit, whether simply relaxing in the warm sun or enjoying a few fun activities. There is plenty to experience here, including the wildlife and diversity of birds along the banks of the river. Hibberdene Beach has Blue Flag status.
