Description
This luxury self-catering beach house is located on Sandhills Road in the Prince’s Grant Estate, just a 5-minute walk from two of the estate’s private beach access gates. The house offers stunning sea views, a private pool, and full solar backup for uninterrupted comfort.
This house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom queen-size bed and a mattress for a child. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a mattress. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom is a flat with a double bed, aircon, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. There is also a bar fridge, microwave, and coffee station. All bedrooms have a sea view. Linen and towels are provided.
This house has an open-plan kitchen on the top floor with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, toaster, and a Nespresso machine, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry, including clothes hanging facilities. There is also a 6-seater round dining table in the kitchen, which is great for playing board games or dining indoors. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating and a TV.
On the lower floor is a living area with a balcony and an outdoor seating area. The living area is equipped with a smart TV, which allows access to Netflix and Showmax – your own membership is required for login. There is a DStv decoder, so you can bring your own card to connect, or DSTV could be streamed from your own account. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The house features a pool area in the backyard, complete with pool loungers for guests to relax on. The pool is fitted with a safety net for added security. A Weber braai is also available for guests to use during their stay. Guests are welcome to use the 2 paddle boards provided for use on the lagoon. Oars and lifejackets can be collected from the pro shop at the clubhouse.
