The Beach Villa is a double-storey house that accommodates 12 guests. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main bedroom, second bedroom, and third bedroom each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a triple bunk bed. There is a single sleeper couch and a double sleeper couch in the first living area. The main bathroom has a toilet, double wash basins, bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The bathroom on the lower level has a shower, wash basin, and a toilet. The third bathroom is en-suite and features a shower, wash basin, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The second open-plan living area includes a dining table with seating for 14 and couches. This living area leads to the garden with a covered pergola featuring outdoor furniture, braai facilities, and a swimming pool. The villa also offers a smart TV with Netflix, free WiFi, and secure, private parking for up to 3 vehicles.

House Rules
- Pet Owners: please get in touch with the host for pre-approval. Deposit, pet rates, booking terms and conditions etc will be sent to you from the host.
- Please note the Studio does not have access to the outdoor area with a swimming pool.
- Please do not remove the pool cleaner/kreepy-krauly. This damages the pool pump. Guests are fully responsible for any damages in the house and in the pool.
- The hosts are not reliable/responsible for any theft/loss or any items left behind on the property.
- No parties, no smoking inside the house - a deep cleaning cost plus damages will be charged to the guest's account.
- No unauthorised/undeclared guests
- No parking on the grass/lawn.
- Please return garden furniture cushions inside the house, before checking out and on rainy/windy days during your stay.
- Guests are fully responsible for any loss, property damage, and health and safety. Swimming is at your own risk.
- The house is fitted with a security alarm, and guests are responsible for activating and deactivating the alarm.
Guests must please ensure the fire is out before they sleep.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
A travel cot and air mattress are available on request.
