Wonderful little place big enough for 2 adults and kids below 14 years of age. It was wonderful. The owners are very friendly and we enjoyed it a lot. It's in a bushy part but close to the ocean. Spiders were a little annoying but other than that it was very private and a lot of fun. Thank you to the owners, it was nice.

Neat, basic, has everything you need for your stay. The accommodation is very basic. Everything you need is there. The only thing missing is a cupboard. We stayed for a full week and had to live out of our bags, which was just a little irritating. But overall, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The bed and bedding were of high quality; I slept beautifully. The cabin was clean and neat. The bathroom was all good, nice shower, good water pressure and always hot water, same with the sink in the kitchenette. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family, but be sure to remind them that it is very basic, a comfortable sleep. Good location, poor maintenance. The shower broke twice, but the owner fixed it immediately. The cottage was smaller than expected and had a bad smell every afternoon when we opened it. The toilet leaked but was fixed by the owner as well, immediately. The place was near the shopping centre and there was a beach very near to the cottage, which was a bonus.

Hi Alisia, Thank you for the valuable feedback. Both the shower and toilet seemed fine during inspection prior to your arrival. The shower head only broke a day or so after you checked in and then again, a day or so later, and the toilet screw fastening the water cistern to the toilet broke about a week into your stay. Luckily, we had spares and could fix it immediately when brought under our attention. We had a lot of rain prior to and during your stay, and the damp weather and high humidity are unfortunately then a problem.

Nice, but needs maintenance in a few places. Nice stay. Everything available in the unit that we needed. Can mention that an inspection is done before guests leave to check that guests have washed their own dishes, otherwise you lose R300 of your breakage deposit. Maintenance could also benefit from attention, e.g. cupboard doors that were loose/broken. Fix shower and remove insulation tape, close holes in walls, especially in the bathroom. Toilet bowl above can be replaced/fixed to look neat.
