Description
Bernards Breeze is a charming self-catering cottage in Pringle Bay, ideally located near the beach and perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
This double-storey cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen. The main bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and features a glass door leading to a balcony with beautiful mountain views. A cosy reading nook with comfortable chairs is located at the top of the staircase.
The second and third bedrooms are on the lower level and are furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single beds, respectively. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom has access to a separate bathroom with a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen on the lower level is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven and leads to a scullery fitted with a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living area includes a dining table that seats 6 and a cosy lounge with a TV and fireplace.
The house is equipped with an inverter and battery system to power essential appliances during load-shedding.
The enclosed patio boasts a built-in braai and outdoor dining table, while the fenced garden offers a safe space for children to play. A trampoline adds to the fun.
