Nestled in the spectacular gardens of a 100-year-old property, Birdsong Cottage is a beautifully appointed self-catering cottage with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in the heart of Swellendam. This is an ideal option for a couple wanting to explore the historic town.

This cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen, bath towels and soaps are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The cosy living area features a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, bar fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. This space also has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge space has comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Outside is a lush green garden where guests can relax with a book or enjoy a morning coffee. The property also has an inviting swimming pool for guests to enjoy on those hot summer days.
