Description

our apartment is available for medium to long term reservations only. It consists of a separate bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and separate living area which has a full kitchenette with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate guest WC/second bathroom with shower. Bedroom opens up onto a private garden patio near the pool whereas the main entrance to the apartment is off the walkway from the car parking area for easy access. There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom as well as living area and the unit has most plug circuits and all the lights on back-up power. The dedicated parking bay has an EV charger for metered 7kW charging should guests require vehicle charging. The comfortable leather lounge suite can be replaced with a sleeper couch on request for an extra single guest/child.
