Awesome. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we were warmly welcomed by Richard. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home with his friendly and accommodating nature. Our stay was enjoyable, just perfect for the weekend, close to everything. The stay was very enjoyable, very comfortable, loved the close proximity of where we needed to be.

It was a convenient location to travel around Cape Town. As advertised on your website: This unit sleeps 2 people in one room with 2 three-quarter beds, and in the loft, there is a queen-size bed that sleeps 2. There is also a single bed in the study area. Unfortunately, it was not clear that the unit is upstairs, above a garage with steep stairs to the deck. Secondly, the loft has no standing room and has no bed, just a mattress on the floor. We were 4 adults, 2 couples travelling together and in the age range of 50 - 60, so all stairs were a problem since they were very steep. We had booked for nearly 2 weeks, which apparently was unusual for them, so there was no emptying of bins; we purchased our own bags and took this outside, no topping up of dishwashing liquid; we purchased our own. We were not able to sweep the floor as no broom was provided.

Lots of wonderful sights in Noordhoek. Accommodation very substandard. No soap in the shower with exceptionally slow drainage resulting in water buildup in the shower. Gardens unkempt and finishings in the room substandard. However, it was quiet and the room was spacious.

Friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. Wow, what can I say? They are very welcoming and friendly. Richard always checked up on me to make sure I'm okay and safe, and made sure I have everything I needed. His sister and I had a nice chat and great laughter on the Sunday sitting on the porch. They don't make you feel like a guest; they make you feel like you are part of the family. I'm going to make use of their stay a lot.
