Disappointed with Our Stay – Room Mismatch and Poor Cleanliness. We booked Room 510 at The Breakers through the website, but on arrival were placed in Room 517 with no real explanation. I flagged it with reception, but unfortunately there wasn’t much interest in resolving the issue. Since the kids were tired and eager to settle, we decided to just go with it.
