The Clanwilliam Dam Breathtaking House offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and a spacious loft.

The main bedroom, located upstairs, features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are situated downstairs, each furnished with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The loft area provides extra sleeping space with a single bed and a double sleeper couch suitable for children.

The downstairs lounge includes a TV with DStv Easy View channels (note: no sports channels), but guests are welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card or a laptop to log into their own DSTV.

The main house features an open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge offers comfortable seating, and the dining area includes an 8-seater dining table.

Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a swimming pool, spacious patios and balconies with stunning views of the dam, as well as braai facilities/lapa. Undercover parking is available for two vehicles. The property is fully enclosed and secured with an alarm system. Bedding and bath towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Adjacent to the main house is a double-storey cottage, available to rent at an additional cost (please enquire for pricing). The cottage can accommodate 2 adults in an upstairs loft area. Downstairs includes a double sleeper couch (suitable for 2 small children), a single bed, and an open-plan kitchen and living area.
