Beautiful place, wish they could be upfront with the 'no visitors rule'. We did not spend much time at the unit due to the no visitors allowed rule. This was disappointing as we drove from the Western Cape and some friends wanted to come see us but could not come due to the no visitors rule. What was frustrating most is that this rule is not disclosed prior to booking. Once you pay, you get a long list of rules, and I found this one to be ridiculous, and being threatened that if you dare have a visitor, you will forfeit your deposit was uncalled for. It's not as if we were going to host a party and let visitors sleep over, but having one or two people come and chat then leave thereafter is not a crime.
