Good location, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Stay was comfortable. Dinner meal was very salty; could not eat much of it.

Ons beskou kritiek altyd as advies, baie dankie dat jy tyd geneem het om joune te gee. Ons poog altyd om die kamers in te rig vir verskillende tipe persoonlikhede, en om in gaste se behoeftes te voorsien. Ongelukig is dit nie altyd moontlik om almal/altyd 100 persent tevrede te stel. Jammer as ons nie aan U voorkeure kon voldoen. Ons sal beslis aandag gee aan die lysie. Wat die komentaar oor die aand ete betref, dit is onprofesoneel en ongevraag, want U het nie ge-eet en sover my kennis strek was daar geen gas bespreek met aand ete. Ons vergun/verkies wel dat ons gaste in die eetkamer/saal eet indien hul hul eie voedsel gebring het. Dwerg of reus ons poog om jou tuiste te wees weg van jou huis.

Could improve a bit. It is a neat and clean guest house, however it is a bit frayed at the edges. Not all the lights worked in my room, the light fitting at the ceiling was loose, no shower rack to place your soap, shampoo, etc, difficult to put water in the kettle, one curtain fitting at the end hung loose, and the garden should need more attention. Kitchen could be cleaned more efficiently after serving breakfast as well as clearing the tables.

Thank you, the compliment is highly appreciated. Sorry that you feel that the Guesthouse is frayed at the edges, it would be a perfect world if all the guest's personal preferences could be meet. In all the rooms there is three phone numbers to report any type of Maintenace problems that cause discomfort for our guests, or something that could slip when the rooms were service. Breakfast time is a very busy time, and we manage it to the best off our ability. The garden is our pride as the rest of the guesthouse. Autumn is not the best time for our garden with big shady trees or for that matter any garden. Burgersfort Guesthouse.

Not happy, will not go back again. Guests were very noisy till early hours of the morning. Did not get breakfast although it was requested when asked for quote. Staff were not helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. My sincere apology, I missed you e-mail with the Potential request for breakfast. The staff react on behave of my communication towards them. Normally I reply on the e-mail requests and reminded the guest that the breakfast and other meals in not included in the price per room. The meals are booked and paid as a add on, directly at the guesthouse. The owner phone number is in each room to report misbehaving, disturbing noises and the lack of respect toward all our guest. As it is our aim to please and pleasure each guest, though it is not always possible, some off the guest arrive late and that is sadly what happen the night of your stay. (22:30)

Opregte verskoning vir die wi-fi. Ons werk deur AQN, Burgersfort Gastehuis is voordurend op hoogte gehou van die tydelike probleem, wat veroorsaak is deur Eskom en Vodacom. AQN het uit hul pad gegaan om die probleem so gou as moontlik op te los. Ons is vol vertroue dat hierdie situasie nie weer sal opduik want die toring het nou 'n kragopwekker.
