Calamari 12 is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment located in a secure complex in Ramsgate North. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a relaxing and convenient homebase while on their holiday to this seaside town.
This penthouse apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. There are two shared bathrooms, one is fitted with a bath, while the other contains a shower. Linen is provided, however guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a TV with DStv.
Guests can enjoy an undercover balcony with a dining table, a braai and unspoiled views of the beach. Direct access to the beach and secure parking is available on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants.
