All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, electronic safe-box, ceiling fan and panel heater. All rooms are located on the ground floor and present their own entrance. There is a queen-size bed in the double-room and an additional bunk-bed in the quad-room.

Use of swimming-pool and jacuzzi is from 9am till sunset. Other facilities like pool-table and table-tennis etc. can be used till 9pm if other guests don't get disturbed.
No glasses and no smoking within the swimming-pool fencing or in the jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi is solar-heated. This means it can only heat-up on a clear day in the afternoon sun. If you want to enjoy warm water on any other day we charge an extra fee per day. Please cover it up after usage so other guests will be able to enjoy the warm water as well.
Please don't remove or change any equipment from and in the swimming-pool.
No listening to music anywhere in the garden other than with headphones.
Music can be played in the rooms and communal areas till 9pm on a volume which can't be heard outside of these areas.
Small talk till 22:00 in communal and braai-area possible if other guests don't get disturbed. Up from 10pm to 9am in the morning all activities must occur in your room and on a noise level which can't be heard by other guests.
No own sound-systems allowed.
