Not as expected. I booked the Van der Linde Suite, well in advance, only to find it occupied on arrival. The person showing us the room (Not Van der Linde) had no idea and stated that she was told that the new room was the one I booked. No explanation was given. Due to the lateness of the day, we took the room, but it was not what we wanted at all, with very little seating and no space to put anything. The room was not cleaned properly beforehand, and the bathroom was prepared for one person only. Overall I was not happy with what happened and doubt I will go back.
