Good day Grant I am so sorry for having taken this long to reply. We have had a few issues with our portal. We had a mould issue in the said room a while ago which was since treated. We did not have a chance to have the room re-painted due to back-to-back bookings for this particular unit. The property has since undergone a full revamp and these marks have been treated and painted. All of our rooms have a stocked tea/coffee station and linen. I presume that your team might not have had as many as they wanted and had to request more? We are happy to replenish these at any time at no extra charge.
