Convenient apartment with a nice view. The check-in process can be improved. The location is very convenient and the apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the sunset over Table Mountain. After our booking was made, we were informed that an additional fee of R350 would be due if we checked in after 6pm. This was not acceptable. In general, the communication from the accommodation team was not effective and the check-in process took far too long after a tiring journey.

We’re truly sorry that the check-in process felt long and that the communication didn’t meet your expectations, especially after a tiring journey. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Just to clarify, the R350 after-hours check-in fee is included in our terms and conditions, and our check-in hosts are required to go through a few important details to ensure guests are well-informed for their stay.
