Champagne Haven Luxury Chalet 2 is a privately owned luxury self-catering chalet located in the secure Mount Champagne Resort in the Central Drakensberg.

The No. 6 Mount Champagne chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and bath. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the mezzanine floor, consisting of a shower. The remaining 2 downstairs bedrooms each offer either 2 three-quarter beds or 2 single beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath and a separate shower.

The luxurious open-plan living area features comfortable leather seating, a TV with DStv channels, a dining table, and a magnificent open-plan kitchen with a separate scullery. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and cutlery and crockery.

The chalet has solar power and an inverter, hence it is not impacted by load shedding.

A bonus feature is a magnificent bay window which provides a spectacular mountain view.

The Mount Champagne Resort has a majestic on-site dam for fishing and canoeing, a tennis and pickleball court, a swimming pool, a trampoline, and a children’s playground that includes a jungle gym.

Horse riding is available at the resort, and there are many beautiful hikes in the immediate vicinity, as well as more strenuous hikes for avid hikers in the Monks Cowl area, a short drive from the resort. Exciting mountain bike trails exist for mountain bikers, making this an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 golf courses within 7 minutes of the resort.
