Chapman’s View Villa offers luxury self-catering accommodation in a villa situated on the slopes of the famous Chapman’s Peak Mountain, within close proximity to Noordhoek Beach, and Noordhoek Farm Village with its excellent restaurants. The villa offers sea views in the distance, as well as a solar-heated swimming pool.
The villa has a solar PV system for backup lights, alarm system, gates and most of the plug points during load shedding.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and single sleeper couch. Three bedrooms present en-suite bathrooms that are either fitted with a bath and shower or with a shower only.
This house offers an open-plan living fully equipped kitchen gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, braai area, swimming pool, DVD player, DStv, lounge area, dining area, a fully enclosed garden, and on-site parking in a garage.
