Very spacious and comfortable stay. Beautiful and peaceful place for a getaway! Very spacious and comfortable stay. Our dogs loved the swim in the dam and we all enjoyed our walks around the farm and visits from all the farm animals. Beautiful and peaceful stay and very friendly hosts! Thank you.

Very peaceful. The house is beautifully furnished and spacious. However, I do feel one needs a 4x4 vehicle to reach it, as the farm road, especially with rain, is a challenge for a normal vehicle.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you had a peaceful stay. We appreciate your opinion, but we do not agree that you need a 4x4 to get to us. While the road is not great, the municipality contractors are currently working on the roads to resurface them and make them better. We would like to note that our neighbour's secretary gets to work every day from Winterton in a Toyota Starlet, we have had builders get to us every day for the last 2 months in a Fiat Strada (small bantam style vehicle) and my mother drives to us in a Mercedes A Class regardless of the wet weather. None of these vehicles have 4x4, so while a 4x4 would make any road easier, we do not believe it is necessary for a 4x4. Thank you again for coming to stay with us, and we hope to host you again one day.
