Very good. Please attend to the balcony door (Nr 596). Can't open it without almost breaking the handle or your shoulder. The safe was locked, no use.

Exceptional place. It's a very nice place where you can truly relax as your place gets cleaned every day. There's so much to do; one cannot book 1 or 2 nights, you have to stay long. My only problem is that you can only check in at 4 PM, which means if you arrive at 12, you can only check in at 4. Yes, you can enjoy the facilities until you can check in, but I, for one, want to settle in first and then have fun. I suggest that if your place is ready for you to check in, then you should check in any time. Also, give us options to pay you off, like the other places offer. Paying one big amount in one go can be quite financially difficult, and I, for one, like to pay off so that I know that is sorted. Please have a look at my 2 recommendations, and also some places can be converted into a couples' place. I find that there's an open-plan lounge with a bed and then a room with 2 double beds. My husband and I would have preferred an open-plan lounge and in the room, one queen or king bed. Some rooms can be converted into a couples' room, but have a look at the suggestions as well. Other than that, great place, beautiful service from staff, place well maintained, few upgrades needed, but all in all, it was a relaxing stay.

Amazing! Will definitely return. The stay was absolutely amazing and fun. Love the Tuk Tuk service. We had a 1-year-old and there are plenty of kiddie activities. Please look at additional entertainment for adults for night time. You can do a karaoke night every Friday at the Taverna, or any venue. Also, some dancing for adults is definitely needed as additional entertainment besides the casino. The Agoa Square was not used at all this weekend and was very empty. They could do live shows there or something fun.

Genotvolle tyd gehad. Die seuns het veral die verskillende speletjies geniet. Ons het 'n fantastiese tyd gehad. Daar is 'n verskeidenheid aktiwiteite om te doen.
