Thank you for your review. I'm confused as to the rating of 4 for customer service; we were in contact with you throughout, met you at the unit, and checked you in. We also allowed you and your family to check in at 12:00, where check-in is usually 15:00. As for the 4 given for value for money, this property is one of the best performing units on Airbnb and holds a guest favourite status badge, being one of the top 5 properties in the Marina Martinique.
