Description
This peaceful 2-bedroom apartment offers a relaxing retreat just a 5-minute walk from Sunrise Beach and 15 -20 minutes from Muizenberg Beach. It is ideal for couples, small families, or friends wanting to explore the False Bay coastline while enjoying a comfortable stay.
The main bedroom is spacious and includes a convenient area that can be used as a workspace or grooming station. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a hot beverage station, and features a centrally located dining table with chairs. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating.
The apartment features a private balcony that offers additional space to unwind. Guests have access to a dedicated parking bay and are welcome to make use of the shared pool and picnic area within the complex. A communal laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers is also available. The complex is secured with 24-hour security, including on-site guards and surveillance cameras covering most communal areas and the perimeter.
Tourist attractions such as Muizenberg’s iconic colourful beach huts, Surfers Corner, St James Beach, Kalk Bay, and Simon’s Town are all within easy reach. Boulders Beach, known for its resident penguin colony, and Cape Point are also nearby. Muizenberg offers a range of restaurants, mini golf, children’s play parks, and a scenic coastal footpath that connects to the quaint villages of St James and Kalk Bay. Several more secluded beaches and tidal pools are dotted along the nearby train line, offering quieter spots to explore.
