Cottonwood, Olivewood & The Loft offer guest accommodation and are centrally located in the leafy suburb of Parkwood, in Johannesburg. The property is ideally situated near the Zoo Lake Park , Zoo and Sports Club, Donny Gordon, Milpark and Rosebank Hospitals.

All our units are powered by solar panels and have constant Wi-Fi.

The accommodation comprises 4 units, which include Cottonwood, Olivewood, The Loft and The Office.
Cottonwood can accommodate 2 guests and offers 1 large bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has DStv, and the bathroom is fitted with a separate shower, a bath, basin, and toilet. The suite has a separate kitchenette area that contains heat-and-eat appliances such as a bar fridge, a microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a workspace for guests to use. There is a private outside area with a table and seating.

Olivewood is suited to accommodate 2 guests and is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Other in-room facilities include a TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, glasses, cutlery, and crockery. Outside seating in the garden is available.

The Loft is located upstairs can accommodate 2 guests, and is furnished with a double bed, a TV, Wi-Fi. heat-and-eat facilities, a spacious balcony with seating, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and an open plan bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Please note the stairs to The Loft are quite steep and not suitable for young children, the elderly or guests with disabilities.

The Office can accommodate 2 guests and has a large open-plan bedroom and a living area with a TV and table for meals and a designated desk with unlimited Wi-Fi to work from. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a separate shower, basin, and toilet. The suite has a separate kitchen area that contains a gas stove and oven, bar fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a workspace for guests to use. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided.

Secure parking is available on the property. The establishment is ideal for long-term stays. The property is within easy reach of central Rosebank, the Gautrain, Netcare Hospitals, and Wits and Johannesburg Universities.
