Description

De Branders 38 is a self-catering apartment located on the 2nd floor in a secure complex in Mossel Bay. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the ocean and direct access to the beach.

The unit can accommodate up to 4 adult guests and 3 children and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath, and the second bathroom has a shower only. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels.

The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV.

The living area leads out to a covered patio with a table and chairs, as well as a built-in braai. Guests are afforded secure parking as well as access to the communal swimming pool and braai facilities.
