Description

De Branders Woonstel No 67 is a spacious self-catering apartment for 4 people on the beachfront in Hartenbos.

Located on the third floor, the duplex apartment is easily accessed from the parking lot. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, and make use of 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom opens onto a stoep with ocean views, and is furnished with a double bed. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The second room contains 2 single beds, and make use of a separate bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. For convenience, linen is provided and guests please need to bring their own beach and bath towels.

Located on the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, Nespresso machine as well as a dishwasher, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

The lounge is equipped with a TV and to view DStv, guests please need to bring their own decoder, remote and smart card. The living area opens onto a covered stoep with a built-in braai and has a 180-degree view of the beach and ocean. From here, guests can watch the whales, dolphins and seals, and see the Strandverhoog where kids are entertained during the school holidays.

Guests have access to the communal braai area, as well as the swimming pools; one for adults and the other for children. Laundry facilities are available, and undercover parking for 1 vehicle and a trailer is provided. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

The complex offers direct access to the beach, and is situated just 500 m from the Hartenbos Seefront which offers various shops and restaurants, and the Waterpark.
