De Branders Apartment No 58 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 5 guests in a seafront unit with 180° ocean views in Hartenbos.

The double-storey apartment is on the third floor, accessible by stairs or lift, and opens onto a covered balcony with a built-in stainless-steel braai and lovely sea view. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and tumble-dryer. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV with full DStv, free Wi-Fi, and an inverter supporting the TV, Wi-Fi, and lights during load-shedding.

Guests have access to communal braai areas, swimming pools for adults and children, and laundry facilities. One covered parking bay is provided on the same level as the apartment. The property is 500 m from Hartenbos Seafront and 600 m from the ATKV Amphitheatre. Please note that sections of the unit are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with mobility challenges.
