See above, disappointing. Did not meet expectations! Found dirty ladies' nightwear in cupboard upon arrival. Duvet on bed was not properly made up and there was no provision for sufficient blankets for cold weather. Cleaner communicated with us to see if she could come clean on Wednesday. Gates where car had to be left could not be closed and extra luggage had to be carried back and forth as we were not sure if it would be safe in car.

Thank you for making us aware of your disappointing experience at our apartment .I must admit ,we are slightly surprised by your comments as none of the points you mentioned were ever communicated by you when you were staying with us . 1) "Dirty" pyjamas ,did you report this to the duty manager, is there any pictures you can share so that i can take this up with the duty manager, as she follows a thorough check-out process ? 2) Please clarify what you mean by duvet not in cover ,can you please provide photographic evidence so that i can take this up with the duty manager? 3)We do provide a blanket in the room as the seasons are changing some nights might be colder than others, if you needed an additional blanket or even a heater we could have provided the same ,was this ever communicated to the duty manager? 4)The house offers external CCTV and our neighbourhood watch is present every 30min as you might have noticed its a very secure neighbourhood ,furthermore we could have provided a lock for extra peace of mind . None of the above was communicated to the duty manager, although you had the opportunity to do so ,as you mentioned that she did offer to service your apartment. We are a small business and take these comments very seriously.
