Description

Del Su Me 6 is a first floor self-catering apartment, located in the secure Del Su Me complex in Margate, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The complex is approximately 400 m from the Margate main beach, and various restaurants.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first en-suite bedroom contains a double bed, and has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

There is now backup power during loadshedding to run the TV, lights and a charger.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tumble dryer . The air-conditioned lounge area contains a TV with a DVD player and full DStv channels. The lounge opens to a separate dining area, and a spacious balcony with beach and lagoon views.

The Del Su Me complex offers a safe communal swimming pool and braai area. Secure undercover parking is provided, within the enclosed fenced complex.
