Diamantvallei Landgoed is located on a smallholding nestled in the slopes of the Highveld valley, just off the N4 highway between Pretoria and Bronkhorstspruit. It is centrally situated between Pretoria East, O.R. Tambo International Airport, and Cullinan. Diamantvallei Estate is especially well known for hosting the annual KragDag Expo in August, which attracts thousands of visitors.
The guesthouse offers accommodation in 3 double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, heated towel rails, a fireplace or heater, and a fridge. Guests also have access to a shared lounge/dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction plate, pots, and a pan. A lapa with braai (barbecue) facilities and a pizza oven is also available for guest use.
Spa Maria is situated on the premises and offers a range of services, including massages, facials, a nail salon, and a hair salon. There is also a barista café on-site, serving light meals, cakes, and tea. Natural and organic personal and household care products are also sold at excellent prices.
The café is part of the spa but operates independently and is open to the public without an appointment, from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday. Smaller events and traditional “afternoon tea” with 3-course offerings and organic herbal or English tea are available with at least 2 days’ booking.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises, and the estate is fully protected against power outages thanks to a solar system and generator, making it ideal for guests needing to stay online or work remotely.
Additional facilities on-site include a wedding venue, conference facilities, hiking trails, and a swimming pool.
