Die Prokureurshuis is situated in the small Karoo town of Sutherland known for its stargazing and snowy winters.

This spacious house can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises 4 large bedrooms, 2 Victorian-styled bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, two large living areas and an indoor braai area.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as underfloor heating. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the fourth room is furnished with two single beds. The 3 rooms share the use of a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as underfloor heating. All rooms have percale linen, electric blankets and towels supplied.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. There is also an AGA stove in working condition. Two fireplaces in the living areas will keep you warm in the cold winter nights.

Safe enclosed garden with braai facilities. Secure parking.
