The sleeping was fine. The stay was okay for the 3 nights. Just the owner must make a concerted effort to upgrade the safety gate, wooden door and wooden floors. These are very old. On our last night, we were locked inside the unit and could not get out as the safety gate did not want to unlock again. We had to shout through the window for assistance. After about 15 - 20 minutes, someone managed to unlock the gate, but we never locked it again as we were afraid that it would happen again. I can see inside the bathrooms and the window curtains, some upgrades were done, but still many to be attended to. Especially when you come in at the front door, the wood on the wooden floor has been chipped away.
