Flat 3 is not good at all - ask for the other flat. Flat 3 is smelly, mouldy and cluttered. Maintenance is not great and showers were awful. We complained after one night there and were moved into a much better unit. I would not recommend flat 3 at all, but rather ask for the house or the flat on the other side.
