Drakensview Self Catering, situated 3.5 km from Winterton, is set on a hillside and offer superb uninterrupted views of the Drakensberg. These self-contained units are modern and tastefully decorated, providing an ideal option for those who prefer the flexibility of self-catering accommodation.

The Suite with Mountain Views is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

This Family Suite is furnished with a king-size bed and a bunk bed for 2 children. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Both suites have kitchens that are fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The air-conditioned lounge areas are equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. Each suite has a mini-bar as well as its own private patio.

Outside, guests have access to braai facilities and shaded parking. A shaded stoep, overlooking the landscape of KwaZulu-Natal, set against the backdrop of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains is ideal for a romantic sundowner after exploring the Berg, Spioenkop Nature Reserve and much more, all only a stone's throw away.
