Perfect. Value for money, the place is clean. The municipality and the locals should do their job by keeping the streets in the area clean.

Parking is the problem only; it's recommended for someone who is not driving. The rooms are quite big with more space. I had a lovely stay. I was just disappointed with the parking only, which I deem not safe because you have to get out of the vehicle and open the gate manually with a key given to you. Then you have to walk back into the busy street to get to the entrance to go to your room. You can be hijacked in the process of parking and getting into your room. And if there are more vehicles, it's a challenge because if someone wants to get out, it means he will wake you up to move for him, as it's a one-way parking lot, one behind another.
