A homely atmosphere with everything you would need. It is a slice of peace and tranquility. Everything you would need with a great vibe. My kids played on the grass and had the freedom to move around.

It felt like home. There was everything that we needed. From braai pans to towels. A lot of things to do with kids within 30 min.

Tense. Stressful, we tiptoed after we were told rudely on the first night twice to keep our talking down. The man from above shouted from his balcony. Definitely not for a group of friends. Talking and laughter after 10pm is taken as making a noise. People directly above the lady came the next day to talk to us. The lady was extremely rude and confrontational. We were very scared. A total spoiler for the weekend. I have booked with LeekerSlaap in the past and will need to rethink before booking where after 10pm people must be indoors. We were told a lot of pensioners live here.

The rules are: no loud noise after 23:00. I am sorry that you did not enjoy; maybe next time choose accommodation with more flexibility. Thanks for leaving the flat so neat and tidy.

We love staying at Eden Sands 88 but were not impressed this time round. We stayed there before and were very happy, however this time round was not so nice. The airfryer was left very dirty and we cleaned it as the smell was unbearable. We booked for 6 but only got 4 bath towels. 1 toilet roll for 6 people over 2 days. The TV plays but has black lines on the left-hand side. We are supposed to check out on Sunday by 9 am, however the DStv channel was already switched off when we woke up in the morning. It feels like 'get your things and go'. Ornaments stuck on cupboards are not a problem, however please clean them.

I am sorry for all the problems that you had, please note that it is self-service, and only 1 toilet paper is provided at all times. I was not aware of the problems and have already reported the dirty items to the manager. I will replace the TV as well!
