Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and understand your concerns. However, as a budget self-catering accommodation, our aim is to provide clean, comfortable, and affordable lodging. While we continually look for ways to improve, some of the points you’ve raised fall outside the scope of what we offer at our current price point. TV channels – We provide basic channels suited for casual viewing. While we understand the desire for more news content, premium channels are not included in our offering due to our focus on affordability. Backup power – Load shedding is a national issue, and while we sympathise with the inconvenience it causes, backup generators are typically found in higher-tier accommodations. That said, we are exploring cost-effective ways to improve guest comfort during outages. Remote-controlled parking – Our security measures are designed with both safety and cost-efficiency in mind. Manual gate access is standard for this level of accommodation and helps us keep rates low for all guests. Guard house at parking – We currently provide on-site security appropriate for a budget property. A full guardhouse setup would significantly increase operational costs, which would reflect in higher pricing.
