Disappointed. Location easily found, but room was cold, aircon not working and no heater and no cutlery in room. Two cups and saucers and not even a teaspoon to make tea. No one visited us to ask if anything was missing. Advertise Afrikaans, but the one who helped only speaks and understands English. Would have been good if there were extra blankets because the bedding was thin and slept cold.
