Awesomeness. Already planning our next summer family vacation! A truly awesome and memorable experience! We built memories that will truly last us a lifetime. Your great humble hospitality was felt the minute we stepped into Faimes Waterfront Villa. Thank you kindly! I would recommend anyone to spoil themselves with this magnificent experience. It felt like you were on an island completely far away from home. What a gem!

A well deserved break. It was a relaxing stay, and the area was calm and beautiful to look at. It was worth every cent. The hostess was polite from our first encounter to the last.

Not happy at all. My stay wasn't bad at all, the host was lovely. However, I felt like I was being gaslighted because the place wasn't clean at all. The windows were dirty, as well as the fridge, kettle, and so much more. I found thick dirt on each table and I feel it's really unacceptable that I had to clean, as I was going to have a few family members over. I'm seriously not happy, as the host thought I wanted compensation, but all I wanted was what was due to me after paying so much for a place I had to clean again. I won't be booking with the website again due to them also not resolving anything. This was my first time booking with the website and I'm truly disappointed. The place is not maintained and I wouldn't recommend going again.

Faimes Waterfront Villa

While we always do our very best to give each guest the best possible experience, it seemed that Miezaan’s expectations were very difficult to meet. She booked at the last minute, and we gladly extended a generous 30% discount. She requested an early check-in, which our staff happily accommodated. She also wished to host a child’s birthday party with multiple guests, and we were pleased to allow this at no additional cost. When concerns were raised about cleanliness, we promptly apologised and sent staff the very next morning to reclean. A concern was also raised about the bath, though upon inspection, it appeared the hand shower had been left running, which caused the water on the floor. Throughout the stay, our team did their utmost to assist wherever possible. As a property, we take pride in offering a wonderful villa and are grateful for the many positive reviews from our valued guests. We do, however, also appreciate mutual respect for our property and staff. In this case, it is clear that our villa may not have been the right fit, and we respect Miezaan’s decision not to return. We remain committed to welcoming guests who will enjoy and appreciate what we have to offer.

Amazing stay and would do it again. The accommodation was immaculate, neat, and well organized. The host was amazing and catered to our needs. Extra blankets would be great in winter, but the host did make provision of small heaters. Otherwise, our stay was super.

Pragtige, gerieflike plek met mooiste natuurskoon. Heerlik en ontspannend. As 'n familie het ons heerlik gebly in Faimes Waterfront Villa. Spasie en gerief was meer as genoeg en alles wat nodig is, is gevind. Die plek was keurig gemeubileer en foto's op webtuiste gee dit mooi deur. Jacuzzi, trapbootjie en kanoe is deur almal geniet. Elke venster het die mooiste uitsig. Ek kan dit aanbeveel.

Stunning stay. Exactly like the pics, clean and comfortable. There is also a paddle boat that can be used. Amazing lake views!

Excellent. Beautiful home, felt welcomed. Great services as we were experiencing a shortage of beds and were assisted the next day. Really enjoyed the stay.
