With the sun gently rising over the majestic mountain, surrounded by a lush garden, there is no more serene & peaceful way to be greeted in the mornings. All this on your doorstep creates an endless fascination for the nature lover!
The spacious & cosy living space is well-suited for a family of 4. Its main bedroom is tastefully furnished for utmost comfort, which includes heated blankets for all beds. The large living space offers twin beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, as well as a comfortable seating area with TV/Netflix. The bathroom features a shower, toilet & basin.
Slow afternoons invite you into a relaxing wood-fired hot tub, which is reserved just for Fijnbosch guests for ultimate privacy (do note that a small fee of R120/night applies).
A large balcony provides pure relaxation with sun loungers, garden furniture & braai – the perfect spot to soak up the natural beauty around you. Kick off your shoes & feel right at home! With an unspoilt view of the mountain from the large outside relaxation area and 180 degrees of garden at your feet, we understand that the abundance of oxygen makes one happily snooze off for a well-deserved rest.
For some action, we can advise to go exploring the woods on our e-Bikes that we rent out or go have fun exploring the many adventure tours Storms River offers, numerous walks in the forest, mountain biking trails, Big Tree and much, much more....
5 minutes walking from the famous Stormsriver Tree Top Canopy Tour.
20 minutes drive to Bloukranz Bridge - the highest Bungy jump in the world!
15 minutes drive to Storm River Mouth with suspension bridges and an awesome hiking trail to the waterfall.
Note: Look out for our new sauna and cold plunge arriving soon to give you the ultimate hot & cold treatment for total relaxation and contrast therapy. With the abundance of activities, we know you never want to leave!

- may not be suitable for wheelchair users as the cottage is on the 1st floor.
