Description
Flamingo View is a beautiful loft situated on the owner’s property in the heart of Imhoff's Gift, Kommetjie and is an ideal option for bird watchers as it overlooks Wildevoelvlei with its frequent visiting flamingos.
This loft can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a sleeping area furnished with a queen-size bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen, bath towels and soaps are provided. A futon, which is suitable for a child, is available and can be placed on the floor.
Additionally, this loft features a living area with a kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, microwave with grill function, bar fridge, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, including a Nespresso machine and a plunger. There is also a 2-seater breakfast bar where guests can enjoy their meals together. Leading from the kitchenette, there is a cosy lounge where guests can relax with a book.
The lounge opens up onto a balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the views. The property includes a wooden deck with a swimming pool for guests to cool off with a sundowner while overlooking the Wildevoelvlei. There is a small braai that can be used on the balcony. The larger firepit downstairs can be used by prior arrangement with the owner.
The location of this property is a casual walk from Imhoff Farm which has lovely restaurants, shops, and a deli, which are all dog-friendly, provided that the dogs are well-behaved and on leads. As Imhoff Farm's bakery is situated right next door, the owner can arrange for fresh bread and croissant delivery. Other attractions in the area include Noordhoek and Kommetjie Beaches, Noordhoek Farm Village, and Hout Bay over Chapman's Peak.
