River & Sea offers guests an idyllic seaside getaway plus all the joys of being on the river. All our apartments are facing the Bergrivier and the ocean, affording guests the most stunning views and sunsets. Our location is ideal for exploring the scenic beauty of the Cape West Coast.

River & Sea Waterfront features 3 apartments suited to accommodate up to 6 guests in total.

The Family Apartment is an open-plan unit comprising a king-size bed, a bunker bed for 2 children; a kitchenette, a lounge, and a dining area. The bathroom is fitted with a hand and overhead shower. The kitchenette is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy couch. A large flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels is also provided. Sliding doors open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the wetlands, Berg River and Laaiplek slipway.

The Studio apartment is an open-plan room comprising a king-size bed, lounge, and dining area. The bathroom is fitted with a hand and overhead shower. The kitchenette is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy couch. A large flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels is also provided. Sliding doors open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the wetlands, Berg River and Laaiplek slipway.

The One and a half bedroom apartment comes equipped with 2 single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed, with en-suite bathroom; a separate sleeping area features 1 single bed and a second bathroom. A single bed can be put up in the living area, to accommodate a fourth guest. The open plan kitchenette is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has ample seating and an indoor braai/fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Netflix. The lounge area opens with sliding doors onto a river-facing pergola and deck. Patio furniture and a kettle braai are available for outside use.

Nearby activities include many nostalgic shopping spots, an excellent 5-star restaurant, a village bar, fast food outlets, a golf course and various other outdoor facilities. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water, great for snorkelling or scuba diving, are found along our coastline.

The St Helena Bay is part of the West Coast whale route and is popular for whale and dolphin watching when they visit the coastline.
