This beautifully furnished home opens up onto the lush forest, and features 3 lounge areas, covered verandahs, a swimming pool and braai area. There are 3 bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests in total. All the rooms are downstairs with all the rooms leading onto a downstairs covered veranda with a private lounge. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and there is a bunk bed in the third bedroom. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
With a beautiful newly renovated kitchen open plan living area with a fireplace, all opening up with stack back doors onto a large covered veranda overlooking the forest. There is a green egg braai for guests to use and a beautiful entertainment area to relax with family & friends.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas stove, and a microwave, air fryer, ice machine and features a breakfast bar and a scullery. The house features TV’s with selected DStv channels and air-conditioning, and guests have access to secure parking. The house has its own private swimming pool with loungers, The swimming pool has a pool net for safety if needed.
The estate offers 2 club houses, with swimming pools, a gym, a restaurant, and a children’s play area just down the road. The house is located next to a dam filled with tilapia fish & amazing Birdlife, making for endless fishing fun for kids.
