Four Pines offers luxury accommodation within walking distance of the scenic Kwaaiwater Beach in coastal Hermanus. Ideal for families or groups, this spacious home provides a welcoming base from which to enjoy the area’s natural beauty.
The home can accommodate up to 12 guests between the main house and a separate cottage. The main house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The remaining 2 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each and have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided for a relaxing stay.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, air-fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a coffee machine. A scullery offers a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience. Just off the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table. Upstairs, guests can enjoy the entertainment area, which includes a bar, built-in braai, an 8-seater dining table, a TV, and comfortable seating. This space opens onto a balcony with lovely mountain views. Adjacent is a cosy lounge with comfy couches and another flat-screen TV. Both DStv and Wi-Fi are provided.
The separate cottage, located on the ground floor, features 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The rooms boast an en-suite bathroom each fitted with a shower and toilet. The cottage also includes a kitchen with a gas hob, a breakfast nook, and a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
Outside, guests can make the most of the swimming pool, a built-in braai, and a shaded dining area. A gas and Weber braai are also available. Secure parking is provided. For those looking to explore, Skulpies Beach and Langbaai Beach are within walking distance, while Hermanus Golf Club is just 1.8 km away.
