Description

Fynbos offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely garden unit located in the heart of Paarl and is ideal for a family or a small group of friends.

This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and make use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan main living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside is a lovely courtyard with a garden that includes braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking for 1 vehicle behind a garage door. Additional parking is available next to the house or on the road.

The location of this unit is close to numerous schools, hospitals, and local attractions of Paarl. Paarl is known for its beautiful wine farms, scenery, coffee shops, the Afrikaans Taal Monument and the Paarlberg Reserve.

There is currently construction taking place on the property behind the house. The building hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. During this time, there may be additional noise coming from the construction site.
