Best getaway from the city. Was a wonderful "break away". Dead silence and beautiful nature. Our dog child enjoyed it just as much. I will just add that you definitely have a 2x4 or 4x4 bakkie with good "ground clearance" to take on the farm road.

Idyllic. Beautiful place, well equipped with extras. Hospitable owners and beautiful location. Animals are welcome. The perfect getaway for tranquility, nature and hiking/fishing. Highly recommended.

Hospitable farm owner, tidy accommodation and good fishing. Very nice stay, everything was neat and available. Farm owner was hospitable and helpful. Fishing was also a pleasure.

Quiet getaway weekend - note the 4x4 requirement though. A lovely, peaceful getaway weekend. Neat, clean cottage, well equipped with everything one might need. Sufficient firewood was provided to ward off the winter chill. Friendly and helpful service from Andette and Andre. Note, however, that the shortest road includes 3km of dirt road which is definitely only suitable for a 4x4 car. However, we drove the road a few times to get into Dullstroom and it's completely doable if you take it slow!

Incredible experience. It was a lovely weekend on the farm! Accommodation is clean and tidy. Lovely fireplace inside. Everything you need is there. Owners are very friendly, helpful, accommodating and sociable, even help make sure you catch that trout! Caught brown and rainbow trout. It was our second time there and will definitely go again. The dogs also really enjoyed it and it was so nice to take them along. We would recommend it to anyone who wants the outdoors, tranquility, beautiful scenery and good trout fishing.
