Description

Gentle Presence - Cottage 1 is a beautifully preserved heritage cottage dating back to the 1900s and is ideal for larger families and friends looking for a memorable getaway with incredible views of the Red and Maluti Mountains and a view of Golden Gate in the distance.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds, and a sleeper couch in the downstairs living and dining area. The upstairs bedrooms have amazing views from the bed and a shared balcony. Both rooms have quality linen, electric blankets, and extra blankets. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower-over-bath, and towels are provided.

The living areas feature a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen, the open-plan lounge and dining area contains ample comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming services, and a 4-seater dining table.

The living and dining area opens onto the large patio, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining furniture and views of the garden and mountains. There is a braai and firepit in the garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Secure off-street parking is available.
