Description

Gibson Lake offers comfortable overnight accommodation located on the banks of the Marina just outside of Vrede. It is an ideal option for a family holiday as it is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city and boasts lovely views of the dam.

This property can accommodate 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom comprises a double bed and 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have 4 single beds and share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The unit has white linen and bath towels are provided. Guests must bring their own swimming towels.

The property also offers a living area that features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and rusks are provided. Additionally, there is a cosy lounge with a fireplace and comfortable seating. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. DStv and Wi-Fi are also available and there is a pool table in the second sitting area.

Outside, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. This patio leads down to a beautiful green garden with outdoor seating under a large Willow tree. Guests can also enjoy a sundowner on the wooden deck which stretches over the water. The dam is not separated from the lawn by a fence.
