During load shedding, we do not have a generator backup. However, all rooms are equipped with rechargeable lights for guests’ convenience. Please check with reception upon arrival for the load shedding schedule or refer to the Eskom Push App under “Bedfordview (8).”
The sauna, steam room, and 12-seater Jacuzzi are available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use these facilities so we can book a time slot. Be aware that during load shedding, these facilities will not function and may require time to reheat once power is restored. Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in these areas.
Guests are requested to be considerate by keeping noise levels down. The owner reserves the right to evict anyone misbehaving with immediate effect.
Laundry and ironing services are available at an additional fee. Please enquire at reception if you wish to make use of this service.
Cleaning services in the Lighthouse are provided after every 3 nights of stay. On all other days, Lighthouse guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
