Waverleysrest is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully equipped apartment located in the Waverley suburb, just 3 km from the N1, offering easy access to various places of interest. It is conveniently close to hospitals, shopping malls, the University of Pretoria, and several schools.

This sunny ground-floor cottage accommodates up to 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, that can be converted into twin beds, and large built-in cupboards, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The main bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the second bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, and modern basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric stove, oven, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer, with all necessary kitchen utensils provided. The open-plan living area includes a dining table and a lounge with a large flat-screen TV offering full DStv access. There is also a private braai area. The heated pool is available on request.

Safe on-site parking is provided with remote control access, and cleaning materials are available. A cleaner can be hired at an additional cost. Waverleysrest operates on solar power, with backup power, and has its own filtered water supply for added convenience.
